No matter how thick the bottom of the mold is, the resin itself is very aggressive to the soft surface of the mold and its overheating will cause bending of any surface of the product, thin or thick. To extend the service life of your mouldings, please work at a room temperature of no more than 23 degrees (the higher the room temperature, the greater the risk of surface swelling). Also, do not overheat the burner, do not use lubricants, separators and other incomprehensible additives to separate the product from the mold surface. The surface of the mold can be washed with warm water and dried.
