Unpacking at the reception points and at the courier
When delivering an order by courier, be sure to check the condition of all the goods and, in particular, the mold, if any damage is found, inform the courier about it, and draw up an act, also remove the unpacking before opening the box with a general plan where we will see the unpacking of the shipment on the video.
When receiving the goods from the courier service, be sure to check the integrity of the goods in the order at the place of receipt. If you see damage, then be sure to contact a service employee, show the damage and make a report. If you left the collection point without claiming damage, no claims will be accepted for them, we will not consider such claims in the future.

Unpacking things at home
If you have accepted the parcel, please take a video of the unpacking of the shipment in one general plan (the widest possible viewing angle of the camera), during unpacking, check the integrity of all the mouldings and goods. If you see defects on the surface of the mold, show them to the camera. If you have not done what is listed above, we do not consider appeals.

Used molds They are not refundable for exchange.

The service life of the molds depends on how you will work with them, you can damage the mold after the first filling, or you can work for years and you will not have problems this applies not only to our molds, but also to molds from other manufacturers. Sometimes they write to us I am a master with more than 3 years of experience and this is my first time and only on your molds, we recommend that masters and beginners do not neglect the operating instructions and your molds will serve you for a long time.

Swollen mold surface: one of the most common reasons is overheating by the burner, the resin and polymerization of the composition also play an important role, during polymerization, the resin heats up and heats the mold surface, thereby the surface is swollen from high temperature. Such a swelling can occur with any thickness of the mold bottom, if its thickness is from 2 to 15 mm. To extend the service life of your mouldings, please work at a room temperature of no more than 23 degrees (the higher the room temperature, the greater the risk of surface swelling) Also, do not overheat the burner, do not use lubricants, separators and other incomprehensible additives to separate the product from the mold surface. The surface of the mold can be washed with warm water with a temperature of no more than 25 degrees and dried. Do not use dyes that are not made by us, since different substances react differently with the surface, thereby they can lead to adhesion, just poorly mixed dyes in the resin can also cause a similar reaction of the mold sticking to the product.

Perfect gloss
The mold has a glossy surface after manufacturing at the factory, but unfortunately, when contacting the packaging film, traces may remain on the surface, if we do not pack the molds, they will have more significant damage than when contacting the package, we draw your attention to the fact that silicone molds are very delicate and any contact with the surface may leave traces of dents, etc., you can cover this on the finished product with a Protective layer of Protect Resin or you can cover the product with a transparent resin for perfect gloss. All silicone molds are made manually.

Uneven product!
Some molds have a slight error in the horizon, (that is, one edge is higher than the other). We try to make them perfectly smooth, but so far it is not always possible to achieve this. For an ideal level, we recommend doing as shown in the video. We set the horizon level along the inner part of the mold, if there are small distortions on the working surface, then we align it according to the level.

Edges ends of the moldovs
The ends of the mouldings are semi-gloss and semi-matt, this is the technology of manufacturing mouldings, we recommend grinding any product to the ends you need.

The product stuck to the mold

Unfortunately, such situations can occur, especially in deep Moldovs. The material itself (silicone) is very delicate and aggressive resin in a large volume affects it adversely. That is, the resin begins to emit heat, and due to the high temperature in the mass, it can stick. Also, similar things happen due to non-mixing of the composition, overheating by the burner, the finished product was in the mold for more than 11 hours. When filling deep mouldings in several layers: silicone can react to the resin, or rather to the chemical reaction that occurred in it, with new fillings of layers and the product stuck to the mold.

If the product is stuck to the sides: with the following fills, the sides will simply be uneven, this can be corrected by grinding the product.

If the product is stuck to the glossy side of the mold, then such a mold can no longer be fixed.

The surface of the mold can be washed with warm water with a temperature of no more than 25 degrees and dried, do not use solvents, separators, etc. Do not use dyes that are not made by us, since different substances react differently with the surface, thereby they can lead to adhesion, just poorly mixed dyes in the resin can also cause a similar reaction of the mold sticking to the product.

Features of the moldov case due to the production technology.
Some mold models have a cropped outer border, but this does not affect the inner part.

Recesses/recesses at the ends
We recommend processing all the ends of finished products with a sandpaper or an engraver, because with our manufacturing technology, some models have small indentations along the ends and minor errors in the walls, this is the manufacturing technology.

Molds: silk, crocodile skin, snake and other textured molds:

Such molds have different heights of the sides (this is the technology of manufacturing relief molds), there are distortions in the height of the product from different sides from 1 to 10 millimeters. Textured molds have distortions due to the surface features. Therefore, the finished product is not completely stable. Due to the peculiarity of the surface (its relief), it is impossible to make the mold perfectly smooth.

Traces of stains on the surface of the mold:

Such traces appear due to: Overheating by the burner, not promessa resin with a hardener. If the product has been overexposed for more than 11 hours, as well as the use of solvents.

The finished product stuck to the mold
The most common causes of surface damage:
1) In order to avoid sticking of the finished product to the mold surface when filling with resin, we recommend removing the finished product no later than 11 hours (thick or medium-viscosity resin of our production, we have not tested it on other brands of resins).
2) Burner overheating: the mold surface is very sensitive due to overheating, the product may stick to the mold surface (do not hold the burner in one place).
3) Different resins behave differently with the mold surface. The higher the viscosity of the resin, the more aggressive it behaves to the mold surface.
4) Thoroughly mix the resin with the hardener for at least 5 minutes. Very often, the product sticks because of the non-mixing of the components.

Recommendations for use:
1. Store silicone molds in zip-bags (a regular cellophane bag or food wrap is also suitable), so that dust and small specks do not stick to them.
2. Never use metal tools to remove the product from the mold.
3. Store the molds so that they do not deform. To avoid deformation of the mold, store it on a solid substrate (for example, on a cutting board, which is also convenient to use as a portable tablet when the mold is filled in and the drying process is underway).
Keep away from metal and other objects that can damage the surface of the silicone mold, at room temperature, in places where there is no access to sunlight.
4. Never put silicone molds on the heating element and do not hold the burner in one place.
5. Never clean with abrasive products.
6. Before use, it is recommended to wash the mold with warm soapy water or any neutral detergents, without using hard and scratching fabrics. Thoroughly dry, before the direct process of working with the resin. You can dry it upside down so that the dust does not accumulate at the bottom of the mold or in a suspended form (you can also wipe it dry with soft paper napkins).
7. To remove dust from the surface, you can use masking tape.

Silicone molds are very delicate (of any manufacturer) and their service life depends on your treatment and proper care for them, please do not neglect the information on the website. There is also a section tips of masters, where you will find a lot of useful information for creativity. If you follow the prescribed rules, your molds will last longer. We cite the experience of more than 100 masters and we take the rules of use based on them.

KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN! Do not eat molds and products made from molds.

Allergy: Individual intolerance to the material and allergic reactions are possible, in case of their manifestation, immediately stop working with the material and consult a doctor.
